2. 商標標志 C、TM、R

C 標 (符號 ?) 是英文 Copyright (版權) 的簡寫，代表作者版權所有聲明。

TM 是 trademark (商標) 的簡寫，一般是指商標申請已經遞交但處在商標審查階段的商標。在商標的右上角或右下角，TM 不代表商標一定能注冊成功，只說明商標正在注冊中。

R 標 (符號 ?) 是英文 registered (已注冊) 的簡寫，表示注冊商標。一般帶有 ? 的標志，表明了該商品受到法律保護，任何企業未經持有人的授權，不能使用。

尚未核準注冊的商標可以打 TM 使用，但不受法律保護，拿到注冊證后商標可以打 ? 使用，受法律保護。
